Role Responsibilities

ADP is a leader in financial, tax and compliance services in USA. ADP provides solutions for the organizations with its products. It has more than 620,000 clients for these services. For the services provided, technical backend systems are in Java, Mainframes, Lotus Notes and Web Apps. I performed upgrades, new implementations, enhancements on various existing products.

Key Accomplishments

• Handled 30+ business critical projects and many service requests/projects for changes in quarterly/yearly US government requirement/rules.

• Mentored eight associates simultaneously and helped in building the team.

• Played key role in establishing CMMI L5 status for the team (took SCM activities, created operational support documents for the projects) and owned SCM activities of the team

• Involved in requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing and code reviews.

• Achieved more than 20 client e-recognitions for the good work done in ADP
