Role Responsibilities

fabric Inc. is revolutionizing commerce with a flexible AI-powered ecosystem of commerce services for modern experiences. I lead  Technical program managers to drive the company Vision, plan the year/quarter roadmaps and deliver cross-functional technical product goals while improving the engineering processes and productivity.

Key Accomplishments

• Delivered programs like Conversational AI, Business Operational Alerts, Design System, Multi-channel, Internationalization, Modular Cart, Analytics dashboard, Product Information Management, Identity/RBAC, Shopper and Merchant experience launches, Operational, Cost and Quality improvements, etc. 

• Launched programs for enterprise customers like ESW, Chico’s, GNC, etc. 

• Defined Organization's quarterly plans and executed them.

• Delivered fabric Commerce Platform end-to-end test automation connecting all the services/products of fabric ecosystem.
